The Network User service Center (NUC) is a service platform opened to the campus network users. It offers a variety of services such as creating and canceling an account, fault treatment and consultation. It aims to provide high level services to users with the following measures:
 
· Help Desk
The services of the Help Desk (Tel: 0592-6182330, , stairway exit of the second floor of the main building) are available for free phone, email and walk in problems.
　　 
· Service Procedure
The following chart illustrates general procedures for solving user problems.

· Feedback Mechanism
If any user problem cannot be solved immediately, NUC will continue investigating and keep the user updated with the progress until the problem is solved and the user is satisfied with the solution.
· User Satisfaction
The user satisfaction is the main and ultimate aim of the above measures. The Help Desk group must improve their competence even more, keep smiling, take notes of the problems seriously and then follow them. The technicians must improve their technical skills. They should deal with various network problems and user enquiries in time with positive attitude. Not only the Help Desk, but the technicians must ensure that user needs are met and their constructive ideas are encouraged and implemented
